Payment

We accept all types of credit card payments such as VISA,MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER. We also accept payment via Paypal, and by bank transfer through TRANSFERWISE website

Payment servers encrypt all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we do not have access to your payment information.

DELIVERY

Packages will be prepared within 1-3 business days and shipped and delivered within 7-10 business days via international carrier.

The delivery time is an estimation in accordance with normal conditions of shipping. Delays attributable to carriers have to be sometimes taken into consideration.

2 YEARS WARRANTY

Standard exchange of Bio-Onde or Violet Dynamiser. Our warranty applies to defects in sold products. The claim does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper use of the product. In case of complaint, please send a message to our support team at admin@ondewater.com

SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

You have the right to claim the refund for the purchase of the Bio-Onde or the dynamiser Violet without giving reasons within 30 days, against return of the machine in good condition at your expense.

The withdrawal period begins the day the machine is delivered to you or to any third party, other than the carrier, designated by you.

You have a withdrawal period for cosmetics of 30 days provided you return them at your own expense, not opened and in their original packaging in perfect condition.

Consequences of the refund request: If you request the refund of your machine, the amount of the purchase will be refunded in full at the latest within seven days from the date we receive the machine back .

We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used in the initial transaction. We will not charge you for this refund.
